My Pink Sugar Box arrived in this cardboard box, which was obviously pink! I liked that the size of the box was pretty compact and so, reusing it was not a problem.

Upon opening the box, I received a card on top that listed all the products in my April 2022 subscription box.

This was my first subscription box from Pink Sugar and so I was super excited about unboxing it. I received a total of five products and I loved each and every one of them!

I received this 2oz Cactus Blossom Body Wash by Hand In Hand. This brand is one of my personal favorites mainly because of two reasons - all its products are free of palm oil and its products are made using infinitely recycled aluminum. This Cactus Blossom Body Wash has a mild perfume-like aroma and also works wonders. It did not feel harsh on the skin. My skin actually felt super soft and smooth. This has definitely become a staple in my everyday shower routine.

This Cactus Blossom Body Lotion was also from Hand In Hand. This, too, came in the mini version, which made it travel-friendly. You could easily put it inside your purse. I really liked that this body lotion was made of clean and simple ingredients such as bergamot and crisp basil that did not contain any palm oil, parabens, BHT, or phthalates. The formula was cruelty-free and vegan. The fragrance was more on the bergamot side than the basil side so it had a slight citrusy scent. The fragrance was not too strong and the lotion blended in quickly when applied.

Another product I received was this Illuminating Setting Spray by City Color. I love a good dewy look so I was super excited to find this product in my box. This setting spray makes your skin look glowy without being too greasy, which makes it suitable for individuals with oily or combination skin as well. You can spray it on your face before applying foundation to achieve a natural glowy look. One thing I did not like about this product is that it takes quite a while to dry. So if you are in a rush, this product may not be the best to set your makeup with.

I also received this pack of Pore Strips by Jean Pierre. This pack contained two pore strips. I thought the packaging was super cute. You are meant to use this product after washing your face. Before applying, you should wet your nose. Otherwise, it will not stick. I liked that this product did not contain a lot of sticky residues so peeling it off my nose did not hurt at all. These pore strips actually helped me get rid of the blackheads on my nose within just five to ten minutes!

The last product in my box was this Lip Trio by Jazmine Beauty. It contained one liquid lipstick and two lip glosses. The liquid lipstick had a matte finish that did not feel too drying on the lips. It had a rusty red color, which I really liked. You could easily do a bold makeup look using this lipstick. I really liked the lip glosses as well. One of them was a clear, sparkly gloss while the other was a tinted, red gloss. These glosses made my lips look super healthy and luscious. You could use them alone or you could apply them on top of a matte lipstick. I liked that all three products were vegan and included avocado oil and sunflower seed oil. It also contained hyaluronic acid and vitamin E so your lips remained hydrated throughout the day.

I liked all five products from the Pink Sugar Box. It included a combination of body care products, skincare products as well as makeup. My favorite products from this month’s subscription box were the Cactus Blossom Body Wash by Hand In Hand and the Illuminating Setting Spray by City Color. The body wash had a mild fragrance, which I really liked. It foamed up quickly and was easy to wash off. The illuminating setting spray made my skin look super healthy and glowy. I did not even need to use a highlighter. Although this month’s Pink Sugar Box did not contain high-end products, the brands they had selected were mostly vegan and cruelty-free. I do wish they had included the exact retail value of the items so you could estimate how much you have saved in total.
