But I think it is important for you to understand that the longer plan you subscribe to, the more you can save up on your monthly cost.
However, these four payment methods are only available for US and Canadian residents. For international orders, you either need to go for the monthly plan or the 6 months plan.
Review and Unboxing of My Vegan Beauty August Box
Each of their boxes is curated on the basis of a monthly theme and the August box was no exception.
Wow! I mean, a goat? That’s a good surprise! As soon as I opened the box, I was greeted by a goat.
They highlighted firms that donate a portion of their revenues to charities in honor of National Nonprofit Day. The firms that were featured in this box were Legendary Apothecary, Dr. Botanicals, Earth Kiss, and Palmetto Derman all of which are involved in promoting a range of good causes starting from non-profit organizations for LGBTQ rights to Last Chance For Animal.
This box in one word can be called a luxury box since it features all the premium quality products just like they promised. The value of the box as per my estimation is over $68!
Let us get into the one-to-one review of each product I found in my box.

Review: Legendary Apothecary Smooth Feet just might be the right type of skincare product that lets you pamper your feet. Its manufacturing process involves no animal cruelty and features only three organic ingredients - vegetable glycerin, grain alcohol, and lavender oil.
The company was founded in Los Angeles, California. Not only the ingredients but the packaging also uses environmentally safe materials which are all sourced on the grounds of the USA.
The three ingredients each have a different purpose. The glycerin extracts excess water and helps lock moisture. The alcohol acts as a helping agent and a natural preservative for glycerin to penetrate your skin. Lavender oil on the other hand is an essential oil that is responsible for its amazing aroma and poses antioxidant properties which are necessary for your skin.
Therefore, this particular product can be used to fight against many skin problems that your feet suffer from like dryness, cracked heels, corns, and calluses. It helps smoothen and soften your skin and keeps the moisture-sealed. It is also known as “pedicure in a bottle” by many of its users. The applicator comes in the form of a dropper which makes it convenient for use and the quantity is fit for up to 50 uses.

Review: The all-in-one rescue butter from Dr. Botanicals features a lemon flavor which makes it suitable for all skin types and anyone who is looking forward to hydrating their skin. It has multipurpose use and is made from all-natural ingredients.
Free from animal cruelty, the skincare product is a good source (about 96%) of minerals, antioxidants, and vitamins which remove dullness from your skin and rejuvenates it. It is a combination of many oils which give its boosting nature, each of which possesses a distinct property that enhances the skin. Starting from lemongrass oil, coconut oil, almond oil, almond oil, and Sea buckthorn Fruit Oil, no wonder it is the perfect solution for dry skin.
Packed with the goodness of glycerin and shea butter, nothing more could be asked from it. Since I suffer from dry skin problems, this was absolutely perfect for me. However, I am skeptical about its uses in oily skin types even though it claims to be fit for all skin types.
This vegan product which features no parabens or sulfates is safe to be used from face to toe.
Earth Kiss Kombucha & Charcoal Exfoliating Clay Mask

Review: This is the third product that I found in my box. This clay mask from Earth Kiss is also a skincare product that can be used on any skin type. It gently cleanses and exfoliates your skin, removes dead skin cells, and effectively seals the moisture, leaving brighter and smoother skin.
The three key ingredients of this clay mask are kombucha, walnut shell powder, and charcoal powder. The other main ingredients are aloe vera, natural clay, dead sea salt, and willow barks, all of which are known to have essential properties in looking after your skin. This is packed with Vitamins C, B1, B6, and B12 which does not only take care of your current skin condition but protects it from future oxidative damage.
This is vegan and comes with a cruelty-free international verification which attracts users who feel deeply responsible for nature. For detoxed, purified, and clean skin, all you need to do is follow the following steps.
- Cleanse your face and make sure to dry it
- Apply the mask
- Leave it for at least 15-20 minutes
- Take off the mask with clean water
But since every individual is different, they have different skin health as well. So, I think before going into a full-on application, run a test by applying a small amount on your forearm and leave it for 5 minutes to see if it adjusts to your skin. If you feel any sort of irritation or discomfort, do not go for your face.

Review: The Grapefruit Bath Bomb is classified under their Peace & Love category for a reason! The bath bomb with its amazing aroma gives ensures your peace of mind as soon as you soak in the relaxing lather. Not only that but the bath bomb struck a chord and gave me a feeling of self-love and well-being.
Apart from the notion of aromatherapy, it is effective in ensuring a clean bath time. It did not potentially make my skin better but it sure did not have a bad impact on it.
It features sodium bicarbonate, essential oils, olive oil, and many other important ingredients that are known to enhance your skin.
To have an amazing bath, all you need to do is fill your tub up with warm water and drop this ball of peace & love. That’s it, your relaxing bath time is 100% ensured with the fizz and beautiful fragrance. I personally love this one a lot!

Q. Do I get a refund for my cancelation?
Unfortunately, No! Neither of the products or the boxes is eligible for refunds. When I say this, I mean their prepaid annual subscription plans included. They have no exchange or refund policies and all their sales are final.
Q. What are the shipping fees?
You are lucky if you are a US resident as they offer free shipping inside the US. However, for Canada a shipping fee of $6.95/box, and for international orders, the shipping fee is $14.95, regardless of your destination.
Q. How does the renewal work?

Verdict
My August Beauty Box was very diversified I must say. 4 products had 4 different purposes. The product from Legendary Apothecary was very particularly for feet skincare, the one from Dr. Botanicals and Palmetto Derman was for full-body care, and last but not least Earth Kiss’s clay mask was specifically for my face. My favorites among all these were the feet serum from Legendary Apothecary. I found it to be very different and special. The bath bomb was nice too but the smooth feet steal the show for me.
Overall I had thoroughly enjoyed the new products that came in my August VeganCuts Beauty Box. As per my estimation, the value of this box was approximately $76 but I got the box by paying so much less, I mean that is a great deal! 100% recommended.
