What I Love About MealPro

• The meals are quite affordable. They are priced between $9.99 and $15.99 per serving so it might be cheaper to buy these meals than to shop all the ingredients from your grocery store. Plus, it saves you from running to the grocery store every now and then, which is quite useful especially in this pandemic.
• The meals are cooked by professional chefs so you can expect your meals to be delicious and of standard quality. 
• The meals are well packaged so they remain fresh throughout the shipping process. They have thermal packaging and come with dry ice to maintain the cool temperature inside the box for a longer time. All the meal options show nutrition facts so you will be able to keep track of how many grams of protein and carbohydrates each meal has. You can view the calories, too. The prices for each meal are also given so you can see which ones fit your budget. In this step, you can customize your order by adding more protein if you like. You can also tell MealPro to add more vegetables without adding any more carbs. 
• When you are done selecting your meals, you will need to click on “Go To Secure Checkout”. There, you will need to fill up your billing and shipping address and choose your payment method. You can pay using your Visa, MasterCard, or Discover card.

My meal boxes arrived in this brown cardboard box that is fully recyclable. This box has a waterproof coating so even if it is left out in the rain, the contents inside are unlikely to become damaged.

One of the top flaps of the cardboard box had a thank you note printed on it. It also included handling instructions. It gives you clear instructions on how to handle dry ice. Since dry ice can easily burn your skin, it is best to hold it with a thick towel or while wearing insulated gloves. The note also tells you a little about MealPro’s recurring orders and how you can win free meals.

When I first opened the box, I could see white foam on top. This white foam helps to maintain the cool temperature inside the box so your meals are likely to remain fresh for a long time.

My meal boxes arrived this way. You can see that the meals are separated using cardboard partitions, which help to keep the trays in place during transit. There was white foam in between the walls of the cardboard box, too, to prevent the meal boxes from heating up. I also received dry ice in the plastic bags.

I ordered 6 meal boxes just to check it out. As you can see, the meals came in black trays that were wrapped in plastic. The trays were vacuum-sealed to keep the food fresh for a longer period of time naturally. MealPro does not use any artificial preservatives to preserve the meals. The meals came frozen but were pre-cooked.

Would I Order Again?

MealPro makes it so much easier to consume healthy meals, especially if you don’t have the time to cook meals by yourself daily. I really liked that the meals were fully cooked so I did not need to spend much time in the kitchen. The fact that these meals could be prepared within just 3-5 minutes has really helped me get the proper nutrition. 

I did not feel the need to order food from outside because these meals turned out to be extremely delicious and were quite filling. Moreover, I also liked that the meals did not include any preservatives or artificial flavorings. Everything tasted very fresh and flavorful.

Each meal had lots of lime and fresh herbs and did not contain a high number of calories so I could eat without worrying about gaining too much weight. Plus, the meals were not too expensive. All in all, I liked the flavor, packaging, and the fact that the meals were super easy to prepare. I will definitely order from MealPro again.
